At DesignZonal, we strive to deliver a transparent and reliable experience for all users — whether you’re a business owner requesting a quote or a designer purchasing leads or premium listings.
This policy outlines how refunds and cancellations are handled for our paid services.

1. Overview

DesignZonal is a lead-generation and listing platform.
We connect businesses with local web designers and developers.
Because our services involve digital exposure, verified leads, and non-returnable data, all payments are generally final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated below.

2. Lead Purchases (Pay Per Lead)

When a designer accepts or purchases a lead, our team immediately processes that request and shares the full client details.
Since lead information is digital, unique, and instantly delivered, we cannot revoke access or verify usage after delivery.

Therefore, all lead payments are non-refundable.

However, exceptions may apply only if:

  • The lead’s contact information is invalid (e.g., fake phone/email), or

  • The lead is proven to be duplicate and was already provided to the same designer within the past 14 days.

To request a review, email info@designzonal.com within 5 business days of purchase, including the lead ID and reason.
We will investigate and, if applicable, issue a credit or partial refund at our sole discretion.

3. Premium Listing Subscriptions

Designers who purchase premium or featured listings receive immediate visibility benefits, making these services non-refundable once activated.

Cancellation:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by emailing info@designzonal.com.

  • Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

  • No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for unused time.

Renewal:

All subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
You will be notified via email prior to renewal.

4. Duplicate or Unauthorized Charges

If you believe you were charged by mistake or have duplicate payments, contact info@designzonal.com immediately.
We’ll review the transaction and process a refund or credit if applicable.

5. Service Downtime or Technical Issues

If DesignZonal experiences an extended outage (more than 48 hours of downtime) that prevents your listings or leads from functioning properly, you may be eligible for a service credit toward your next billing cycle.

Refunds are not guaranteed and are handled case-by-case.

6. Disputed Payments

If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed through your bank or payment provider, your account may be suspended during the investigation.
Repeated or fraudulent disputes may result in permanent account termination.

7. Policy Updates

We may modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time.
Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of our services means you accept the updated policy.
