You are solely responsible for the content you post on DesignZonal, including your business details, portfolio links, and images.
By posting, you grant DesignZonal a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and promote your content within the platform.
We reserve the right to remove or edit listings that are false, misleading, illegal, or harmful to our users.
When a business submits a quote request, our team reviews the inquiry before forwarding it to designers in the relevant zone.
Designers who receive leads agree that:
Lead payments are non-refundable once accepted.
DesignZonal does not guarantee project conversion or revenue.
All communication and transactions between client and designer occur outside the platform.
DesignZonal acts only as a lead connector, not as an agent, broker, or employer of designers.
Designers may purchase leads or listing upgrades through our platform.
All fees are clearly disclosed before checkout.
You agree to pay for all services purchased and authorize DesignZonal (and its payment processors, such as Stripe or PayPal) to charge your chosen payment method.
All payments are final unless otherwise stated.
You agree not to:
Misrepresent your identity, skills, or business;
Post false or misleading listings;
Scrape, copy, or redistribute platform data;
Send spam or unauthorized promotional messages;
Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.
DesignZonal provides the platform “as is” and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We make no guarantees about the accuracy of listings, quality of services, or outcomes of projects arranged through the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DesignZonal and its owners, affiliates, and employees will not be liable for any damages arising from:
The use or inability to use our Services;
Any transactions or communications between users;
Loss of data, revenue, or goodwill.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the platform is to stop using it.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DesignZonal and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
All content and branding on DesignZonal — including our logo, name, and design — are protected by copyright and trademark law.
